How to prepare your request.
A short description is sufficient for initial contact. It is interesting, for example, whether you are looking for support with ongoing business transactions, would like to submit payroll for your team or need help organizing your documents. If you already have a wish for when to start, feel free to mention it.
You do not have to send any sensitive documents. We will personally coordinate with you the appropriate transmission method and the information required for the offer.
What documents are required for an offer?
For an initial assessment, information about the type of company, the approximate number of monthly receipts, the employees and the software used so far will help. You do not have to send us any confidential documents via an unsecured contact request.
How are the costs made up?
The effort depends, among other things, on the volume of documents, the number of employees, the condition of the documents and the agreed tasks. That's why we don't mention any flat-rate prices on the website. After getting to know each other, we will discuss an individual offer with a clearly defined scope of services.
